Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mario's 2 For 1 Pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Oversee the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and portioned to the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to meet the demands of our menu.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our business.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules for our kitchen staff, ensuring that we meet the demands of our busy restaurant.

Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
