Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Queen Of Hart's Bar and Grill. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service methods to meet the needs of our customers and maintain a high level of quality control.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our menu and ingredients, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
