Food Service Manager

BC Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our food service needs.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that our customers receive their food in a timely and efficient manner.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Physically demanding.
