The Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payrolls using HRIS and SFE Software
  • Coordinate and verify payroll documents
  • Reconcile various remittances
  • Produce ROEs
  • Process timesheets
  • Handle payroll inquiries and administration of pension and benefits

Requirements:

  • High School Graduation Diploma, Business & Commerce
  • Completion of, or study towards the Canadian Payroll Association Certificate program
  • One year of previous payroll experience
  • Current payroll experience preferred
  • Computer skills with the ability to perform complex salary calculations using Microsoft Excel
  • Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
