Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Booster Juice. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
Work Environment

Our food service department operates in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The physical demands of this role include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all our employees.
