Sales Ambassador

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Casual Sales Ambassador to join our team at Lush. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Provide world-class customer service, connect with customers, and identify their needs by listening attentively and asking open-ended questions.
- Sales and Product Knowledge: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals, continually expand your product knowledge, and make informed product recommendations for every customer's needs.
- Team Involvement: Develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge, actively participate in teamwork, and foster a sense of belonging by promoting teamwork and encouraging collaboration.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store, utilize Visual Merchandising guidelines to make real-time adjustments to product displays, and ensure you are practicing company standards for opening and closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise in day-to-day operations
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
- Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
