Sales Ambassador

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Casual Sales Ambassador to join our team at Lush. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Provide world-class customer service, connect with customers, and identify their needs by listening attentively and asking open-ended questions.
- Sales and Product Knowledge: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals, continually expand your product knowledge, and make informed product recommendations for every customer's needs.
- Team Involvement: Develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge, actively participate in teamwork, and foster a sense of belonging by promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store, utilize Visual Merchandising guidelines to improve the customer experience, and ensure you are practicing company standards for opening and closing, product integrity, and health and safety.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise in day-to-day operations
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
- Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
