Sales Ambassador

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Casual Sales Ambassador to join our team at Lush. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Provide world-class customer service, connect with customers, and identify their needs to deliver personalized product recommendations.
- Sales and Merchandising: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results to exceed sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store, and make real-time adjustments to product displays.
- Team Involvement: Develop effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and teamwork skills to improve performance and support the growth of your team.
- Operational Excellence: Be punctual, reliable, and present at work, prioritize your wellbeing, and keep up-to-date with company news and updates.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise in day-to-day operations
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
- Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
