About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Implementation Manager to join our team at Datarails. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our FP&A platform for our brand customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Work closely with clients to understand their current financial planning and analysis processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement our platform to streamline their operations.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analyses to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions for our clients, providing expert advice on budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial modeling.
  • Data Management: Manage, interpret, and validate all data produced by our clients, ensuring high-quality customer care and delivering actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Process Optimization: Provide recommendations for process changes to optimize current procedures, maximizing outcomes and improving overall efficiency.
  • Relationship Building: Build long-term strategic relationships with clients, gathering requirements, and providing financial reporting support to ensure their success with our platform.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role, with a finance or accounting background.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in advanced Excel functions, including formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex models.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage in professional conversations, manage expectations, and guide clients to a positive outcome.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Base compensation: Target base salary range will be between $90,000 and $100,000 USD per year, based on multiple factors, including prior experience, skills, and location.
