Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Implementation Manager to join our implementations team. As a key member of our team, you will lead product implementation for brand customers, leveraging your corporate finance background, strong Excel skills, and soft skills to build relationships with and advise professionals from middle management through the C-suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand current client situations, simplifying models and existing data, and implementing processes and client data within our environment.
  • Create detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for our customers by advising on budgeting and forecasting, planning and monitoring, financial modeling, and standard reporting.
  • Manage, interpret, and validate all data produced by the customer, maintaining a focus on improving customer care.
  • Provide recommendations for process changes to optimize current procedures and maximize outcomes.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with customers, gathering requirements, and following through with necessary financial reporting support.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role, with a finance or accounting background.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in advanced Excel functions, including formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex models.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage in professional conversations, manage expectations, and guide customers to a positive outcome.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
