Job Description:

As an Associate, you will be responsible for working with our Research & Recruiting function to fully understand client requirements. You will work together with Senior Associates and Partners to develop effective strategies, maintain a workload of 4-6 searches, and initiate first-round candidate contact.

You will be responsible for assessing potential candidates' qualifications against the approved specification, communicating search status on a timely basis, and delivering qualified candidates for review by the Partner with minimal day-to-day direction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high energy level, creative thought process, and solid business skills
  • Native-Level fluency in English and French required
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, client-facing, or research functions
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and detailed planning and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Strong listening skills and ability to interpret information
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and build personal networks within diverse industries
  • Experience in delivering high-quality internal and external client service
  • Experience working in a team environment with the ability to partner with colleagues while also working independently

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
