The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or engineering environments and hold a Bachelor of Science degree and Six Sigma Certification as a Black or Master Black Belt.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a strategic thinker with a global vision to build a world-class organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Applying lean six sigma methodology to improve manufacturing processes
- Creating clear financial key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Transferring knowledge and skills to team members
- Coupling with project managers to coach in operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies
- Implementing hoshin kanri management methodologies
- Developing a plant scorecard
- Bachelor of Science degree
- Six Sigma certification as a black or master black belt
