Job Title: Pharmacy Helper

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Helper to join our team at VRPATEL HEALTH SERVICES INC.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Helper will be responsible for providing administrative support to our pharmacy team, including preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies, billing third-party insurers, and processing claims. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Bill third-party insurers
  • Process claims such as health insurance or workers compensation
  • Maintain supplies
  • Interpret physician's specifications
  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Assist health care professionals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Work Environment:

The Pharmacy Helper will work in a pharmacy or drugstore environment, interacting with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours:

The Pharmacy Helper will work 35 hours per week.
