Crew Truck Lead

Job Summary
The Crew Truck Lead is a key role within Strike Group, responsible for providing direction and leadership to production processes, procedures, and equipment. This position requires a strong focus on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-floor leadership and direction to production teams
- Coordinate and supervise laborers to ensure safety and productivity
- Manage and maintain client relationships
- Apply project procedures, work site policies, and collective agreement requirements
- Ensure quality and inspection of installation
- Complete quality reports and required statistics
Requirements
- Two to three years of pipeline or facility construction experience as a Crew Truck Foreperson
- Three to five years of pipeline or facility experience as a Labourer
- CSTS, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, AWP, First Aid certifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
Work Environment
Accommodations provided (hotel or camp) or LOA provided
Shift schedule ranging from 17 days on & 4 days off to 24 days on & 4 days off
Ability to work in the areas of High Level, Rainbow Lake, Zama, Manning, Red Earth, Fort St. John
