Job Summary

The Strike Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Truck Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing direction, leadership, and continuous improvement of our production processes, procedures, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and scheduling for assigned labourers
  • Coordinate and supervise the safety and productivity of labourers
  • Operate 2-5 ton picker trucks, telehandlers, skidsteers, and AWP
  • Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety/incident investigations
  • Complete task hazard assessments, driver's logs, and review job site assessments
  • Manage and maintain client relationships
  • Apply project procedures, work site policies, and collective agreement requirements
  • Ensure quality and inspection of installation
  • Complete quality reports and required statistics

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of pipeline or facility construction experience as a Crew Truck Foreperson
  • 3-5 years of pipeline or facility experience as a Labourer
  • CSTS, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, AWP, and First Aid certifications
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in various locations, including High Level, Rainbow Lake, Zama, Manning, Red Earth, and Fort St. John. Travel will be required, and accommodations will be provided.
