About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at LimitlessEV. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Direction
    • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
    • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established frameworks.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Interview, hire, and provide training for staff to ensure they are equipped to handle the demands of the role.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration
    • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of staff.
  • Contract Management
    • Negotiate business contracts to ensure they are fair, reasonable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Regulation or legislation policy interpretation and implementation.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
