Job Title: Office AdministratorJob Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in this key role, which offers competitive remuneration and opportunities for career growth.

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency;
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement;
  • Delegate work to office support staff as needed;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Carry out various administrative tasks, including data entry and payroll administration;
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Train and coach staff members as needed;
  • Monitor and evaluate office administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective;
  • Oversee and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Familiarity with database management software;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • High school diploma required; secondary (high) school graduation certificate preferred;
