Job Title: Office AdministratorJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in this key role, which offers competitive remuneration and opportunities for career growth.
Salary Range:$60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency;
- Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement;
- Delegate work to office support staff as needed;
- Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Carry out various administrative tasks, including data entry and payroll administration;
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
- Train and coach staff members as needed;
- Monitor and evaluate office administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective;
- Oversee and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- Familiarity with database management software;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
- High school diploma required; secondary (high) school graduation certificate preferred;
