Job Title: Bartender Supervisor

State & Main is seeking a skilled Bartender Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and leading a team of bartenders to achieve our revenue and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of bartenders to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Ensure efficient restaurant operation, including managing inventory, maintaining quality standards, and controlling operational costs
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, including menu engineering and pricing
  • Train and develop bartenders to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and safety
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Bartender with a strong track record of customer service and team leadership
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu engineering and pricing
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
  • Acute financial management skills
