Job Title: Bartender Supervisor

State & Main is seeking a skilled Bartender Supervisor to join our team. As a Bartender Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bar and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the bar
  • Supervise and train bartenders to ensure they are providing excellent service and meeting quality standards
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including liquor, beer, and wine
  • Ensure that all bar equipment is in good working order and that the bar is clean and well-maintained
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a bartender or in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
