Talent Management Program Lead: Job Description:
ML6 Search + Talent Advisory is seeking a seasoned Talent Management Program Lead to spearhead our talent management initiatives. As a key member of our HR team, you will develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies that drive business outcomes, improve employee engagement, and enhance overall organizational performance. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in shaping our talent management programs and driving sustainable results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement talent management strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver talent management programs, such as succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to ensure program goals align with organizational strategy.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks while proactively managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor and control program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Communicate program status updates to senior HR and business leaders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Work closely with Change Management and Communications teams to support smooth program adoption and employee engagement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field; PMP certification is a strong asset.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent management, preferably in HR or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with change management principles and HR transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
