We are seeking a Head Chef at Edo Japan to lead our kitchen team. This is a permanent position with a salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year.

Job Description

The Head Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. They will inspect kitchens and food service areas, order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and clean kitchen and work areas.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and have strong communication skills.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The Head Chef will work 32 to 40 hours per week in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. They will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
