We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team at Castle Steakhouse. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in classical cuisine and a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes. You will be responsible for managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff, ordering supplies and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
  • Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Train and develop kitchen staff
  • Work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure that the kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a head cook or chef de cuisine
  • Strong background in classical cuisine
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes
