About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Cook to join our team at KFC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet quality, safety and productivity standards.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
