We're seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our team at Balkan Eat. Drink. Opa Fresh Greek in the heart of Banff. Our restaurant is dedicated to serving fresh and healthy Greek cuisine, with a wide range of lighter vegetarian options and mindful halal meats. We're proud to be a part of Banff's vibrant community and offer a unique dining experience with our famous free live dinner show on Thursday nights.

What You'll Do:
- Liaise with FOH and BOH teams to ensure a smooth running of restaurant service
- Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
- Set up the restaurant for a successful service by managing all FOH team members
- Work closely with the GM and AGM to achieve restaurant goals
What We're Looking For:
- ProServe certification
- Previous serving and bartending experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible schedule required
- Strong work ethic and a positive team player
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
