Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Anejo Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and be able to train staff accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

Anejo Restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
