Anejo Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and walking. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and client focus.
