Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Clubhouse Eventspace. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our events and daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Event Planning: Assist with event planning, including coordinating logistics, communicating with vendors, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, including troubleshooting technical problems and finding creative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Kronos and Google Drive is an asset.
  • Language: English.
