We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Events Manager to join our team at Hotel Nelligan in Montreal. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned establishment, recognized both locally and worldwide.

About the Role

This demanding role requires someone who has a passion for organizing weddings and events, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively interact with international clients. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of event sales and planning, ensuring seamless execution and unforgettable client experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries for weddings and social events
  • Coordinate site visits, menu tastings, and other meetings to build strong relationships with clients
  • Manage contracts, room blocks, floor plans, BEOs, event pre-planning schedules, forms, and payments
  • Collaborate with hotel operations to deliver exceptional events
  • Plan participation in trade shows and work closely with the director of sales to improve service offerings
What We Offer

Requirements
