Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
Job Description
As a Bilingual HR Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employees, managing talent acquisition and development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will also have the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational company
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving employee engagement
