Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily café operations, ensuring seamless execution of services and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Service Delivery: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage cash reports and related forms.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, ensuring effective teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and promote the café's services to clients.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive reputation for the café.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
