Café Operations Manager

Cha House Coquitlam Inc. is seeking a skilled Café Manager to lead our daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing our café's activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Planning: Develop and implement daily operations plans to meet customer demands and achieve business objectives.
- Service Delivery: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
