Job Overview

We are seeking a Pharmacy Support Staff member to join our team under the direction of our pharmacy management team. This role involves supporting registered pharmacy team members in achieving desired pharmacy outcomes, focusing on medication packaging, inventory management, and other tasks as required.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Packaging medications using PacMed machines
  • Reallocation of medications
  • Maintaining and monitoring of pharmacy inventory
  • Pre-packaging medications as needed
  • Providing miscellaneous support functions as required
  • Collaborating with pharmacy team members to ensure accurate and safe medication dispensing

  • Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with team members
  • Effective organization, planning, and time management skills
  • Interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with others
  • Skill in critical thought processes and prioritization
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and creativity

What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
