Village des Valeurs is part of the Savers family of stores. We are a global for-profit retailer of gently used merchandise, offering high-quality used clothing, accessories, and household items. Our business model, 'Rethink and Reuse,' encompasses buying, selling, and recycling, providing communities with a smart way to shop and preventing over 700 million pounds of used items from ending up in landfills each year. We also support over 100 non-profit organizations by purchasing donated items, providing a source of income that helps support their essential community programs and services.

We operate over 300 stores. Our brands include Value Village (in Canada and the US), Village des Valeurs (in Quebec), Savers (in the US), 2nd Avenue (in the US), Unique (in the US), and Savers in Australia.

Job Summary

As a member of the management team as a Supervisor - Store Team Member, everything you do has a specific purpose that links team efforts to the financial results of your store. Our Sales Supervisors make important decisions that have a direct impact on the success of their store every day. They also continuously improve and empower their team members.

The roles of Supervisor - Store Team Member may include:

- Front Store Supervisor

- Production Supervisor

- Community Donations Supervisor
