Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a business plan to drive growth and profitability in the Thunder Bay office.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and collaboration.
- Manage the financial performance of the Thunder Bay office, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the Thunder Bay office.
- Collaborate with other offices and teams to drive business growth and innovation.
- University degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a consulting engineering firm.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement business plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Asset: Knowledge of French or Spanish.
