We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving retail sales growth in your assigned territory.
Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with internal and external partners, including store teams and district management, to achieve sales goals and grow market share. You will also be responsible for developing and executing in-store event activity, educating retail teams on ABH products and services, and providing superior customer service.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive retail sales plan to achieve territory goals.
- BUILD STRONG COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PARTNERS.
- Maintain ongoing coaching, training, and motivation of store personnel on all ABH products and services.
- EXECUTE REGULAR BUSINESS REVIEW MEETINGS WITH KEY STORE/DISTRICT MANAGEMENT TO NEGOTIATE ADDITIONAL BRAND EXPOSURE AND TO STRATEGIZE FOR RETAIL SALES GROWTH.
