Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Leasing Coordinator to join our team at Lorneville Apartments in Cornwall, Ontario. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for showing and leasing apartment suites to prospective residents, qualifying prospects, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be required to maintain a professional appearance, utilize computerized property management systems, and provide a superior level of customer service to both prospective and existing residents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Show and lease apartment suites to prospective residents, ensuring a positive experience
  • Qualify prospects to determine suitability as candidates
  • Tour prospective residents through available suites
  • Answer phone calls and provide leasing information as dictated by policy/procedure
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including open houses and social events
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using computerized property management systems
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in sales or leasing preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A self-motivated and flexible approach to work
