We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Test Analyst to join our team in Burnaby, BC. As a Clinical Test Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Job Description:

The Clinical Test Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting testing strategies for complex clinical systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, develop test plans, and execute testing activities. Additionally, you will analyze and document test results, identifying defects and areas for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in clinical testing or a related field;
  • Working knowledge of hospital/clinical systems, care delivery processes, clinical roles, policies, and standards preferably gained in the PHSA, PHC, or VCH environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clinical and business stakeholders and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Ability to translate and express clinical, process, and technical problems, outcomes, and benefits using layperson terms;
  • Direct experience designing and implementing testing in a large, complex multi-stakeholder environment;
  • Certification from a training association is an asset;
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.

Assignment Length and Location:

This is a 6-month contract position with possible long extensions, working full-time in Burnaby, BC.
