About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Magna Exteriors. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our exterior systems.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  2. Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve process efficiency.
  3. Training and Development: Assist in training production personnel on new processes, equipment, and technologies.
  4. Quality Management: Ensure compliance with quality management systems, including APQP, ECR, and PRP processes.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, engineering changes, and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering, with a strong background in process optimization, troubleshooting, and quality management.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
