Customer Experience Analyst

At FCT, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you'll play a critical role in shaping our CX strategy and driving business success. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing customer journey maps to identify areas for improvement
Analyzing customer feedback and metrics to inform CX initiatives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in a corporate environment with a focus on CX and/or Voice of Customer programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Salesforce and Genesys contact centre/workforce management platform, Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
