- Engage and Inform: Keep the team engaged by communicating company activities and changes effectively, and ensure timely approvals of credits/debits/RMAs.
- Recruit and Grow: Hire new team members as needed, mentor, and inspire them to expand their abilities.
- Contribute to Success: Participate in projects that contribute to IPEX's ongoing success.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a team.
- 3+ years in a manufacturing company.
- Strong leadership, administrative, and analytical skills.
- An outgoing personality that nurtures a positive and productive environment.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management.
- Computer literate, good command of Microsoft programs especially Excel.
- Completion of college or university, and/or business management experience.
- Implementation of SAP is an asset.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
