We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Retirement Actuarial Delivery Group. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a range of retirement valuations, post-retirement plans, and special projects.



Key Responsibilities



  • Participate in training sessions and actively engage with team members to support projects
  • Perform actuarial valuations and prepare valuation reports using cutting-edge tools and resources
  • Conduct data analysis and reconcile pension plan or post-retirement plan participant data
  • Prepare government reporting forms and annual employee benefit statements
  • Support special projects as needs arise and collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion and high-quality results


About Our Team


The Actuarial Delivery Group is a growing team within WTW's North American Retirement Line of Business. We focus on operational excellence and systems expertise, providing high-quality work for Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, and post-retirement plans. As integrated members of client teams, we deliver efficient and effective solutions.

Requirements
