Chief Revenue Officer, Airline Network

Dom767 is a leading airline seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Commercial Officer. As a key member of the executive team, you will have a significant impact on the success of this venture, shaping and leading the company's strategy for Sales through all distribution channels, Business Development, Cargo, Customer Experience, and Marketing, to drive continuous growth and optimization of revenues.
Job Description:- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales policies, strategies, and procedures in line with industry standards and best practices.
- Budget Preparation: Manage budget preparation processes to ensure maximum revenue opportunities.
- Aircraft Fleet Scheduling: Effectively schedule aircraft fleets at designated hubs and layover airports.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Chief Commercial Officer will oversee the development of digital retail, commercial systems, and loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in airline management, revenue management, network planning, and pricing.
Key Responsibilities:- Global Sales Leadership: Provide overall leadership on a strategic and commercial level for sales and other activities within the airline network.
- Revenue Maximization: Develop and deliver revenue-generating initiatives to maximize returns, identify new markets, and penetrate existing ones.
- Sales Team Management: Guide, train, coach, and review performances of the sales team to achieve high-performance goals.
- Business Development: Take the lead in setting up airline sales offices across the network and managing relationships with other airlines, tour operators, and corporate companies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, economics, finance, or a closely related field.
- Certifications: Professional certification in marketing, MBA, or a relevant master's degree with concentration in strategy or marketing preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of airline experience at management level in sales, marketing, business development, revenue management, network planning, and pricing.
- Skills: Excellent working knowledge of interline services, IATA airline practices, airline passenger sales, marketing, net, tour operating, and published fare contracts.
