Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chorizo Fresh Mex. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Chorizo Fresh Mex, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
