Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at GUAC MEXI GRILL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Food Preparation and Service
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure presentation and quality standards are met.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and customer feedback.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for food service operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service operations.
- 40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
