Nordik Spa-Nature is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team for the holiday season. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our various products and services to guests, generating sales, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role
Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of one of our temporary kiosks in Ottawa and/or Gatineau. Your main objective will be to meet guests' needs, promote our products and services, and generate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Inform guests about Nordik Spa-Nature's various services, products, and experiences
- Identify customer needs and recognize sales opportunities
- Open and close the kiosk, sell gift certificates and related products, and perform all other related tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma; an asset
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Bilingualism essential depending on kiosk location (English and French)
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work standing up for long hours
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
What We Offer
- According to current salary scale plus benefits related to Nordik Spa-Nature
- Two (2) to four (4) spa experience gift certificates at the end of your contract, depending on your status
Location and Schedule
We have various kiosk and temporary boutique locations in the following shopping centers: Bayshore, St-Laurent, and Rideau Centre. You will work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, from November 13 to December 28, 2023, with the possibility of joining the Nordik Spa-Nature team in Chelsea after your kiosk contract, depending on your performance and operational needs.
