Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Gymnastics Team Leader to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions for gymnasts of various skill levels.
  • Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games, providing guidance on strategy and technique.
  • Participate in coaching clinic instruction, sharing expertise with fellow coaches and gymnasts.
  • Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing customized training plans.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
Work Environment:
  • Air-conditioned workspaces.
  • Non-smoking environment.
