About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our athletes.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Plan and develop training and practice sessions for athletes.
  • Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events.
  • Participate in coaching clinic instruction.
  • Analyze and evaluate athletes' performance.

Requirements:



  • 3 years of experience in gymnastics coaching.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety protocols.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
