About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Mike Bhayana Personal Real Estate Corporation. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
  • Communication: Answer and relay telephone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases with precision and speed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Real estate industry.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Office, and Quick Books.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent written communication, team player, client focus, time management, and adaptability.
