Key Responsibilities- Identify Early Churn Risk and Resolve Issues
- Elevate Accounts through Proactive Engagement
- Leverage Communication Tools for Business Growth
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Design and Implement Customer Success Best Practices
- Maintain Industry-Leading SaaS Skills
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail
- French-English bilingualism preferred but not mandatory
- Able to adapt quickly to diverse business environments
- Competitive Base Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 CAD per year
- $2,000 in health and wellness benefits
- Flexible Work Arrangements (Remote 2-3 days/week)
This is a full-time position based in Canada, with the possibility of working remotely part-time.
