About the Role

This is a leadership position that involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, data solutions, data models, and mapping documents. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of data solutions using Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Data Factory, Event Hub, Databricks, and Snowflake. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the end-to-end data pipeline, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security. Additionally, you will lead deployment activities including Dev test approval, PR approval, collaboration with the DevOps team, release management for deployment into all environments, and provide knowledge sharing to the Data operations team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in pipeline design and development using Azure/Snowflake cloud services, primarily on Azure Datalake Gen2, Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Hub, Databricks, and Snowflake. You should have proficiency in PySpark, SQL, and stored procedures. Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights is also essential. In-depth knowledge of dimensional modeling techniques and familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools are required. Experience with data profiling and data quality, as well as ability to handle multiple user stories simultaneously and help prioritize tasks effectively, are also necessary. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner are highly valued.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
